1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and SaaS Closer Corporation, a Delaware corporation doing business as Career Launch AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our website, platform, services, or purchasing any subscription or service package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. SMS Communications Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website or forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Career Launch AI.

These messages may include:

Career-related educational content

Program updates and reminders

Responses to inquiries you initiate

Account notifications and onboarding communications

Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

3. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or receive SMS communications.

6. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By purchasing any subscription, service package, coaching session, or other service from SaaS Closer Corporation, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of service utilization, satisfaction level, or outcome achieved.

No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued for unused portions of any subscription or service.

Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid.

Failure to use the services, for any reason, does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Dissatisfaction with results, job search outcomes, or placement success does not entitle you to a refund.

Technical issues, platform access problems, or service interruptions do not constitute grounds for refund.

This no-refund policy applies to all service tiers, billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual), one-time purchases, coaching packages, and any other products or services offered by SaaS Closer Corporation.

7. Service Packages and Pricing

7.1 Subscription Tiers

$250/month | $2,500/year
Includes: AI Resume & Cover Letter Builder, AI Interview Practice, Employability Score Analysis, High-Paying Job Board, CareerGPT AI Assistant

Job Application Automation
$500/month | $5,000/year
Includes: All CareerOS features plus Unlimited AI Credits, 24/7 Automated Job Applications, Professional Document Revision, Personalized Onboarding Call, Priority Support

Networking & Job Automation
$1,000/month | $10,000/year
Includes: All Job Application Automation features plus AI-Powered Outreach Campaigns, Recruiting Firm Registrations, Networking CRM & Enrichment, White-glove Support

Elite Placement
$2,000/month | $20,000/year
Includes: All Networking & Job Automation features plus LinkedIn Content Manager, Direct Hiring Manager Introductions, Recruiter Network Access, Dedicated Account Manager, Visa Support (annual plans only)

7.2 Coaching Packages

Starter Coaching
$2,000 one-time | 3 coaching sessions

Professional Coaching
$5,000 one-time | 8 coaching sessions

Executive Coaching
$10,000 one-time | 20 coaching sessions

7.3 Pricing Changes

SaaS Closer Corporation reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the effective date. Active subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.

8. Success Fee

8.1 Success Fee Amount

A $2,500 Success Fee applies to certain subscription plans upon successful job placement.

8.2 When the Success Fee Applies

The Success Fee is triggered only when all of the following conditions are met:

The job was applied to through our services

You formally accept the job offer in writing

The offer is received within 90 days of subscription start or renewal

8.3 Success Fee Waiver

The Success Fee is waived if:

You are on an annual plan

The offer is received after 90 days

You applied to the job independently

8.4 Payment Terms

Fee due within 14 days of offer acceptance

Automatically charged to payment method on file

Failure to pay may result in collections or legal action

9. 90-Day Job Guarantee (Elite Placement Annual Only)

If no job is secured within 90 days, you receive 12 additional months of service at no cost, subject to compliance with onboarding, responsiveness, and engagement requirements.

This guarantee is service-only and non-transferable.

10. Billing, Payment, and Subscription Terms

You authorize SaaS Closer Corporation to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
No refunds or prorated credits are issued upon cancellation.

11. Service Delivery and Timelines

Timelines are targets, not guarantees. Failure to meet targets does not constitute breach or entitle refunds.

12. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Respond to communications within 48 hours

Provide accurate information

Attend interviews and coaching sessions

Notify us of job offers within 24 hours

Act professionally at all times

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination without refund.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content, AI systems, templates, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of SaaS Closer Corporation. You receive a limited license for personal job search use.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaS Closer Corporation from claims arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.

16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Delaware.
You waive the right to class actions.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

18. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and SaaS Closer Corporation.
